The Quiet Rooms: sound-sealed dining pods inside the restaurant. A private room for two to six, with the charcoal grill still cooking twelve steps away.

The idea

Dubai has private rooms. It doesn't have private tables.

Booking a private room in this city means booking twenty covers and a minimum spend. We put the privacy inside the restaurant instead — six sculpted, sound-sealed pods on the main floor, each one its own room with its own door, its own light and its own silence.

  • Two people can have a private room. Not just twenty.
  • A brass dial sets the mode — Meet, Date or Deal — before you sit down.
  • Service arrives through a hatch, so a waiter never walks into your sentence.
  • The hourly fee comes straight off the bill. You pay for dinner, not for the door.

One dial, three rooms

Turn it before you sit down

Every pod holds a small brass dial. Where you leave it decides the light, the sound, the pace of service and the menu that arrives.

The Copper Box

Every Quiet Room comes with a small copper box on the table. Phones go in, the lid closes, and the hour begins. Leave it closed until the bill arrives and dessert is on the house — for the whole pod.

  • Guests film the box closing, not the food — the ritual is the content.
  • A brass plate inside each pod carries the line: what is said here, stays here.
  • Weeknight hook: 'The Silent Hour' — 6pm to 8pm, pod fee waived for two.
  • Corporate accounts book the same pods by day for confidential meetings.
